Where are we today
clic on a pic to enlarge it.The shortest day for this year, therefore the longest night. with sunrise at 7:37 am and sets at 5:37 pm MST. Mountain Standard time here, this campground is in California we are so close to Arizona (about 1 mile or so) that is the time zone they use here.
After a couple early walkabouts headed down just after 8 am and got our laundry done and home by 10 am. While Suzie finished pitting it away. I whipped up a 1/2 a batch of melt in you mouth shortbread cookies, just because I could and it is Christmas time a great time for these special cookies we love. For the Recipe click HERE or on my recipe blog top right sidebar. This half batch yields about 4 dozen bite sized delicacies that melt in you mouth.
