Time to relocate, scratch the hitch-itch.

Where are we today ?
We are on the move today, been here 2 weeks and have been very busy, time to move on down the road, back to "Camp Awesome" in Plattsville. So peaceful, so quiet, relaxing, nobody here just the two of us. Well we do see hour host occasionally but that is nice and very infrequent.
On the road by 10 am after puttering around for a while and arrived and set up here by noon. Had a bite to eat, chat with Suzie for a bit, checked with Dale at the Garage about some service on our coach then decided to mow some lawn, we take the coach in Wednesday Morning. The lawn was ready for me to mow and the day was wonderfully hot and sunny.
So just hopped on the mower for about 90 minutes and got almost 1/2 of the 5 acres mowed. Call it quits for the day just cause the pool was calling me. So nice to cool down with a dip in the pool, get refreshed then enjoy some reading in the shade with Suzie, temps in the mid 80'sf today.
love the pool here
our campsite is to die for
 reading spot and no neighbors
Now Suzie says its time for supper so I fired up our Weber Q Grilled a nice Basa fillet that we split and added to a tasty salad, sure hit the spot again.
Basa fillet of the grill with Old Bay
 spice and fresh lemon slices
very tasty, love our fish
Supper done, outside to relax, post our Blog and enjoy our e readers. Really enjoy these things much more than we thought. Does it get much better than this? Think not.
Thanks again for stopping by and enjoying another great summer day with us.

  2. Glad you didn't overdo it on the mower today. It's supposed to be warmer tomorrow so either you'll mow the rest of the lawn early or wait until Thursday when it cools down.
With only two months before you hit the road again it's good you're getting the coach ready for the long trip.
    Be Safe and Enjoy!

    It's about time.

    1. No need to rush here, I like to do a bit at a time. Maybe tomorrow, maybe not, will see how it goes.

  4. You sure do have a lot of nice places to stay when you're up north. I bet they are happy to have you do all that mowing for them too.

  5. Please take a dip for me today..............trying not to think about how humid it is going to get while we are inside a non-air-conditioned building. At least I have an office I can tuck into! Enjoy the day at Camp Awesome you two!

  8. A riding mower makes the job so much more inviting.....but pushing one would be a good cardio workout! Either way, being outdoors on a decent day can't be beat, can it?

    1. Outdoors is perfect, a Cardio workout with a pushmower for 5 acres of lawn??
Sure not for me it takes 3 and 1/2 hours with a 5foot wide deck on high speed.

  9. A change of pace is nice. Much as visiting everyday is fun it is always good to have some 'me' time.
