More nice weather, visit Ma, doctors appointment and play with the dogs.

Where are we today ?
Today is just gonna be a laid back kinda day, and that is alright with us. Yesterday we were at the beach with daughter number 1 and while there did a little celebration with grandson number three today he turns 8 years old, wow they are growing so fast.
A few things done this morning, the coffees' computing and walkabouts, then George ( M&G Enterprises)  came by to pump out our sewage tanks again ( only 8 days but we were due) after a busy weekend with family at the Lacrosse tournament in Ajax Ontario. He is a friendly guy and does this service for only a $20.00 charge, so nice that he comes to us.
George is a friendly guy
When George was done we headed into Waterloo for a short visit with my Ma, on our way for a doctors check up. Got that chore done and all looks good then a bit of shopping for a few items and back home, for a light lunch.
We both managed to keep busy for a while, run with the dogs, read for a while, chat a bit then guess what?
Suzie really getting her doggie fix
Gonna fire up our Weber Q. Grill a couple Onion and Parsley Turkey burgers we picked up yesterday at Hayter's farm in the village of Dashwood Ontario.

Ten minutes or so on the grill and perfect. Tender, juicy and oh so tasty.
Added them to a nice salad with leaf lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, carrots, grape tomatoes, flax seed, sunflower seeds, ripe olives and fresh Ontario peaches.
Sure hit the spot
After supper run the dogs out the back for a while then enjoy our books until it's too dark to read, even got my blog posted too while enjoying the wonderful outside temperatures.
Eventually time to head inside and call it a night. Just another fun day here enjoying what we do best, living in our RV.
Thanks for stopping by again and hope you had a wonderful day as well.

  1. How nice to get door service for emptying your tanks. $20 is a darn good deal, in my view.

That you passed the test(s) with your physician bodes well for keeping the travel insurance costs down, I would think! Good stuff!

    1. We think it is a great deal to have us pumped out.
The costs get a bit more every year as we get older, but we are still good to go.

  3. Poor George, that job must really suck. There are boatloads of puns to be explored, but I'll not go there.

  4. I thought we just went through the peach area. Didn't realize they grew that far north.
