On the Road Today

      Not too far, about a 80 minute drive to rock Glen Resort in Arkona for 3 weeks. We arrived around noon after stopping along the way to make a sandwich for lunch. Arriving about 1:00 pm and set up chatting with Mike and Trish. Then helping out another RVer with a dead coach battery, I hooked up my charger in an attempt to revive it. After this we settled down for a bit in the sun with a book and were joined by Suzanne and her dog Sparkplug for a bit.

       With a nice relaxing afternoon I whipped up  a tasty supper of a BBQ'd Salmon filet, rice pilaf and a lettuce salad.

      Then we were invited to Rich and Marylou's for a campfire on a nice warm dry evening, to solve the problems of the world along with Phil and Judy. Then time to retire in front of the tv for a while before bedtime.
