Then Bill and Barb headed out Monday morning. we relaxed for while then headed down to visit Dick and Raye good friends from the southern states we met many years ago, chatted for a wonderful couple of hours. Back home to read a bit then Linda dropped by walking her puppies to give Suzie a doggie fix.
they all love Suzie even without treats
a good ear rub works though
Then at 3 pm Gerry and Tucker joined us for happy hour and nice that Loree joined us as well.

Now for supper Monday night a nice treat we had in our freezer. 2 cornish Pasties heated on our Weber Q, we really do love these. Picked at the St. Jacobs Market.
just need to heat up  about 15 minutes
added to our salad and fresh local freestone peaches
a bit of gravy and was so very tasty
Tuesday was a very nice restful day puttering around a bit of cleaning etc, enjoying our E-readers computing, few walkabouts chat with some people, And Dorothy (the cat Lady here) dropped us off some more fresh tomatoes and cucumbers right out of her garden , 2 nd time this week, Thanks Dorothy we really do enjoy and appreciate these garden fresh veggies.
Then at 3 pm we went to visit Nicole and Keith for Happy hour and as promised. We took down a pitcher Beer Margaritas we told them about the other day, for the recipe you can click HERE or my recipe blog top right be bar. Thanks so much for Tom and Deb for this tasty recipe. These are so smooth,  easy and even for people who don't drink beer they enjoy it as well. We finished the pitcher.
this is all it takes

That is wrapping up our last couple of days here, heading into our 14th year on the road, now mostly taking it easy, no major social time that we know of the rest of this week. The rest of tonight we will enjoy reading outside  until it gets dark, gotta love this warm summer weather , just perfect.
Thanks again for joining us and hope y'all had  great day as well.

  2. Congratulations on your 13 years of total freedom! If anyone out there has any doubts if full timing on a RV should be recommended, they should read your blog to be convinced that it is a wonderful lifestyle. You have certainly made many friends this way you would have never met if you had stayed home. Even cooking all your delicious meals on a BBQ outdoors makes this whole adventure very appealing.
