Car fixed, another great day and cauliflower crust pizza tonight.

Where are we today ?
clic a pic to enlarge it
After heading in shortly after 8 pm last, a bit overcast and still very warm so no sunset picture tonight. Very warm overnight 65F at 5 am with the windows open and fan going was quite comfortable. Got coffees and computing done then took the car down to Pettigrew's Garage for 8 am appointment that we can make finally! This was to replace a right front ball joint that had worn out, after only 2 years, but it is under warranty thats a nice thing .
heading down River road past the cows and into town
Mike got to work on it right away and was all done 40 minutes later, him and Dale do excellent work.
old ball joint not good
the new one in blue brand new
Then I headed to New Hamburg for a few groceries  (making cauliflower pizza tonight) just a few items I needed for that.
interesting skies only drive this morning but no rain
Then home we enjoyed a light lunch. Got the water hose from John's (200 feet) and had a nice hot shower, topped up our fresh water tank. We should be pumped out sometime tomorrow.
Temperatures only got to 84F this afternoon and overcast but not hot enough for me to go for a swim in the pool yet. Yesterday would have been good if the pool was ready.

topping up our fresh water tank
just dragged the water hose from the house
For tonight a cauliflower crust pizza that we really enjoy and when I can get a deal on cauliflower we will do it.  For that recipe you can click HERE or my recipe blog top right sidebar.
riced the cauliflower in my tiny food processor
then in the microwave for 10 minutes
Now we can enjoy this wonderful summer weather in the shade enjoying our reading time. And the quiet times here as well as wonderful views.
A bit later I got the toppings ready for the pizza we really like to load it up.
toppings, pizza sauce, lots of pepperoni, ham , bacon, fresh mushroom,
onions, tomatoes and lots of cheese, olives on my half
Now done perfectly
we could only eat half!

leftovers for lunches
That  was our perfect day, wrapping up this posting outside at 7:20 pm still 75F here in the shade. Gotta get right back into my John Sanford, Virgel Flowers mystery for a while maybe a sunset later on if the skies co-operate.
Glad that y'all dropped on by and hoped you enjoyed some wonderful summer weather as well.

    1. The pizza was excellent thanks, time you to make yours with broccoli? Getting pumped out right here sure beats driving the coach many miles, this is actually cost effective for us.

    1. Yes Patsy I am a wimp. If I got in the pool i want to enjoy it, the water was only 72F not what I would enjoy. All overcast and not really that warm out with the cool breeze.
We do enjoy this pizza and really is all about the toppings that we love.
