Something that I enjoy for a snack have never found these in the states. And pea meal bacon is a pork loin, trimmed and wet cured then rolled in cornmeal. Unlike "Canadian Bacon" available in the states it is not smoked, very tasty. Both of these are mostly found in Southern Ontario Canada. The grill mat is very easy to clean pretty well non stick. Just a quick wash in your dishwater. our awesome travelshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13031755671050584629noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36111065.post-221750930606680712017-09-24T10:01:46.641-04:002017-09-24T10:01:46.641-04:00Love the pictures at the market! Most of the "Canadian Bacon" I have tried in the States is smoked, but our pea meal bacon is just cured and rolled in corn meal, not smoked needs to be cooked, either pan fried or on the grill.our awesome travelshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13031755671050584629noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36111065.post-18425894945915209902017-09-23T21:58:03.710-04:002017-09-23T21:58:03.710-04:00Here in SoCal we call your 'back bacon' &#...Here in SoCal we call your 'back bacon' 'Canadian bacon' ... pretty sure it's the same and we could use some!
